Wild Vermont Enoki Mushroom Flammulina Velutipes Mushroom Cultures.

This mushroom is one of if not my favorite mushroom.
I like to take the clusters as seen on the tree and keep them as a whole cluster together, batter them, dip in milk or egg, and then re-batter them and then deep fry them. They can then be dipped in anything you would use on meat, fries, and probably even fish.
They are also really good on pizza in moderation. Add too many of the caps on a pizza and the viscosity of the cap will offset the pizzas texture to slimy.
I give this mushroom 5 Star culinary value.
